By accessing or using the TreeSight service ("Service"), operated by JabLab ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TreeSight is a geospatial analysis platform that processes KML/KMZ files to deliver satellite imagery analysis including NDVI vegetation indices, weather correlation, and AI-powered insights. The Service is currently in early access and provided as-is.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using TreeSight, you represent that you meet this requirement.

When account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of any KML/KMZ files and data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.

7. Intellectual Property

The TreeSight software is open source under the Apache License 2.0. The Service infrastructure, branding, and website content remain our intellectual property.

Satellite imagery returned by the Service is sourced from third-party providers (e.g., Microsoft Planetary Computer) and is subject to their respective licences.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep TreeSight available but make no guarantees of uptime, especially during early access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeSight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
